Mentorship

Several AIAA senior members have been mentoring university students.  Mentors can guide those who have recently chosen aerospace engineering as their future career as well as those graduating soon, going for advanced studies, or planning to seek jobs. These mentors can help establish contacts through networking, provide very helpful references during a job search, and can guide students to become successful aerospace professionals.
